"Personal Information" is information which allows me to personally identify you, like your name, address, email address, telephone number and so forth. I only collect this type of information when you choose to give it me, either when you decide to:

- Subscribe to one or more of the auto responders I operate;

- Subscribe to my online electronic magazine known as Head’s Up, A Copywriter’s Journal (the "Journal");

- Subscribe to my online electronic magazine known as The Biz Rules News (the "Rules Journal");

- Sign up for one of the Free services I offer through an email message you may receive from me, either due to your being subscribed to one of the auto responders I operate or through the Journal or the Rules Journal;

The second kind of information collected I call "Anonymous Information."

"Anonymous Information" is general or anonymous information, such as:

- The type and version of browser or operating system you may be using and the website you may have come from or visit next.

- Information telling me the number of visitors and average time spent on one of my web pages.

I collect or derive Anonymous Information while operating my web site. The web servers were I host my web site automatically collects Anonymous Information which is provided through your browser when you choose to visit one of my web pages. Also, many of the links on my web pages are set up to track and collect Anonymous Information.

The web servers where I presently host my web site and the tracking links I have set up on my web pages do not use Cookies to collect Anonymous Information.

What will I do with your Personal Information

You have my pledge to hold your Personal Information in confidence and I will not sell or rent your Personal Information to anyone.

When you use A Recommend It Script

When you use a recommend it script on one of my web pages, I may use your Personal Information to let you know the page you recommended has been updated or changed.

I may also send you:

- Notice of new issues of the Journal being published,

I will not add you to any of my other mailing lists without first obtaining your consent.

I presently use three third party services to collect and store Personal Information for me.

I use AWeber, (AWeber) owned by AWeber Systems, Inc. of Pennyslvania to handle and process my data which I collect when you:

- subscribe to the Journal and request to receive issues of Head’s Up, A Copywriter’s Journal, or

I use Bighip, (Bighip) owned by Netricsoft, Inc. of New York to handle and process my data which I collect when you:

- subscribe to the Rules Journal and request to receive issues of the Biz Rules News.

I use Email Aces, (Email Aces) owned by Internet Marketing Aces, LLC of Florida to handle and process my data which I collect when you:

- subscribe to one of my auto responders and request to receive information or an information product from me,

And, I also store this information on the hard drive in the personal computer I use to run my business.

How secure is your Personal Information

Under the terms and conditions of my arrangements with AWeber, Bighip and Emailaces, each of these parties has undertaken to me to use all reasonable steps to ensure the security of all data I may store or cause to be stored using their respective services.

As to any of your data stored upon my personal computer, I have taken all reasonably prudent precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Were any trouble to happen because I store your data with the third party providers, as permitted by law, equity, otherwise, I pass on any right of claim I may have to you, as long as you agree to indemnity me and hold me harmless from any claim or action you may take as against any one or more of the third parties I use to store your Personal Information for failing to act reasonably in securing your data.

What about the Government

You understand I may have to release your Personal Information to a Governmental Agency upon presentation of the appropriate legal documents.

How Old Must You Be To Use Any Of My Services

To ensure compliance with all applicable laws, you must be at least 18 years of age to use any of my services, including voting in "The Poll Of The Week", subscribing to any of my auto responders or mailing lists, recommending any of my web pages, or purchasing any services or products from me.

How Can You Correct Any Errors In Your Personal Information

Under my agreements with the various third parties I use to process and store Personal Information, I have a personal license to access the tools I use to run my online business.

Upon request made to me using my contact information above, I will correct any errors in information you may provide to me or will delete the information from my records and the records I store with these third parties.

Also all e-mail messages to you will contain an unsubscribe link, or other means of telling me you wish to be removed from the particular mailing list, allowing you to remove yourself from this mailing list.

Collection of Anonymous Information

I collect or derive Anonymous Information in the course of operating my online business.

For example, the web host I use, BestHost.com automatically collects Anonymous Information which is provided through your browser when you choose to visit my web site.

Also, when you use one of my links, either to pages on my web site, or to third party sites, I may use a tracking service provided by Email Aces, (being a tracking tool I have a personal license to use as an Email Aces member), to collect Anonymous Information.

At present there are no pop ups which I have placed on any of my web pages. However:

- There is one drag able layer over on one of my web pages as a result of my affiliation with a third party. No Personal Information is collected through this drag able layer, although Anonymous Information is collected for the purpose of my participation in a traffic exchange.
